Every product sold or offered on our platform is sourced directly from authorized manufacturers, official brand distributors, or licensed brand partners. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. No counterfeits, no graymarket goods, no unauthorized parallel imports—ever.

For all branded products, applicable manufacturer warranties are passed through to the end customer in accordance with the manufacturer’s official terms and conditions.

Reseller, Not Manufacturer

We are an independent authorized reseller and distributor. We are not a manufacturer. All product design, engineering, manufacturing, quality control, safety testing, formulation, labeling, and regulatory compliance are the sole and primary responsibility of the respective manufacturer.

· Automotive & large durable goods: performance, defects, emissions compliance, and warranty obligations are the exclusive responsibility of the manufacturer.

· Luxury goods & collectibles: authenticity is guaranteed through authorized channels; secondary market value, collector premiums, and market fluctuations are not guaranteed.

· Electronics & technology: performance, defects, and firmware issues are the exclusive responsibility of the manufacturer.

· Food, beverage & nutrition: product safety, formulation, allergen control, and quality assurance are the exclusive responsibility of the manufacturer.

We assist customers with manufacturer communication and warranty claims where commercially reasonable, but we assume no independent product liability beyond what is strictly required by applicable law.

Exclusive GWP Privilege Program

From time to time, we offer our Gift with Purchase (GWP) program as a complimentary customer benefit: customers who meet defined purchase thresholds receive tiered promotional gifts at no additional cost. GWP items are a token of appreciation for customer patronage, not merchandise offered for independent sale.

Core GWP Principles

· GWP eligibility is determined exclusively by the Final Paid Amount of a single order.

· Only the highest qualifying tier applies; tiers do not stack.

· GWP items are shipped separately after main order delivery and expiration of the statutory return window.

· GWP items cannot be returned, refunded, or credited separately from the main order.

· If a return or adjustment voids GWP eligibility, the full MSRP of the GWP tier will be deducted from the refund. No depreciation, prorating, or partial credits apply.

We ship to select countries and regions across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. All domestic and international shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and International Shipping Info, respectively.

For international orders:

· all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU);

· customers are solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, and brokerage charges;

· customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations and product restrictions of their destination country.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and subject to carrier, customs, and regulatory factors beyond our reasonable control.
